We love to believe revenue management is a science.
But in the real world? It’s part psychology, part instinct, part controlled chaos.

I’ve seen teams slash rates out of panic. Others hold rates firm when demand vanishes.
Neither is rational.
But both are human.

In my view, successful pricing isn’t about finding “the right number” —
It’s about knowing when to follow logic… and when to challenge it.
